Returns & Exchanges

At Code Black Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we offer returns on brewing equipment and exchanges or credits for coffee quality issues within 14 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our roasting team at support@codeblackcoffee.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or defect.

  • 2.
    Provide Proof

    For damaged equipment or quality concerns, please attach clear photos of the packaging and product to help us expedite your request.

  • 3.
    Return Shipping

    Once approved, ship the unused equipment in its original packaging to our Melbourne roastery or bring it to any of our cafe locations.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out a replacement bag of fresh beans.
